Scammers and Spammers
Like most companies we get our fair share of scam and spam by email and phone. Unfortunately about 95% of these currently are either scammers or spammers and this wastes valuable time that we could be spending looking after our customers.
We store the existing email and phone numbers of our customers and these are whitelisted by default.
New emails and phone calls are now going through a checking process against external databases for known scammers and spammers. Those found to be on the databases will be automatically blacklisted with emails going into Junk and phone calls being terminated.
If you think that you are being wrongly blacklisted then send an explanatory email to whitelisting@zipzap.co.uk and it will be checked.
